What we collect
When you send the contact form or place an order we keep what you typed: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, your company name, the service you picked, your budget range and your message, along with any file you attached.
When you buy something we also keep the order itself, what you bought, what it cost, the payment reference you gave us, and the domain or hosting details needed to set it up.
Our server writes ordinary web logs: the page requested, the time, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use them to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to deliver what you ordered, to invoice you, and to keep a record of the work. Nothing here is collected for advertising.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the suppliers we need to use to do the job, a domain registrar when you buy a domain, a hosting provider when you buy hosting. They receive only what the registration or the setup requires.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie so that signing in and your cart work. It also stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Neither is used to track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation you come back to. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to trivxsolutions@gmail.com and we will reply within a few working days. We will keep whatever an invoice or a registration legally requires us to keep, and tell you if that applies.
Ask us before you order rather than after. We would rather spend five minutes now than argue about it later.
